It is used to provide insulation between energized conductors and pulling devices which might be attached to a different potential. • One piece 1” O.D. fiberglass stick • Easy to apply, can be installed with hot line tools by use of the attached lifting eye • Spiral hook is made from high strength, heat treated steel • Load limit 2000 lbs. • Maximum wire size is 795 ACSR
