However, it is vulnerable to impact with sharp objects and sharp edges (e.g. kit racks), as it tends to lift up once cut. Plates cod. 0031-0033, weighing 1, 2 and 5 kg, are also comfortable to use without a barbell; the neoprene cover and the grips make the grip particularly pleasant and effective.
