Description USES SikaMur® InjectoCream-100 is suitable for treating rising damp in nearly all types of masonry walls, including: Solid brick walls Cavity walls Stone walls and rubble infill walls, among others. CHARACTERISTICS / ADVANTAGES Simple installation: Minimal risk of operator error and less reliance on skill levels. Ready-to-use, one-component product. Fast application: No double drilling or waiting for materials to penetrate under pressure or gravity. No need for preliminary sealing around injection holes, unlike pressure systems. Quick injection process: No need to wait for material to be pumped, as in pressure systems, and no refilling required as with gravity-fed methods. Consistent application rate: Allows accurate calculation of the required material. No specialized pump needed. Minimal mess and spillage: Reduces the risk of fluid flooding into adjacent areas. Highly concentrated formula: Contains around 80% active ingredients, ensuring more effective results compared to less concentrated alternatives. Low hazard: Water-based, non-caustic, non-flammable, and not injected under pressure. Low wastage: Results in minimal waste disposal. No risk of increased efflorescence as with siliconate-based treatments for rising damp. APPROVALS / STANDARDS Certified for rising damp treatment in masonry by the Belgium Building Research Institute (Report ref. BE 407-695-057, dated July 6, 2009). Tested according to WTA Guideline 4-4-04/D, Report No. M 1954/1, dated June 24, 2014. PRODUCT INFORMATION Chemical Base: Silane-based emulsion. Packaging: 600 ml sausages (boxes of 10 sausages) or 300 ml cartridges (boxes of 12 cartridges). Colour: White. Shelf Life: 12 months if stored properly in unopened, undamaged packaging. Storage Conditions: Store in a dry area at temperatures between 5 °C and 35 °C, protected from direct sunlight and humidity. Density: ~0.90 kg/l at 20 °C. APPLICATION INFORMATION Consumption Estimates: The amount of product required depends on the wall’s length and thickness. Example consumption rates are provided below: 10m long wall: For 110 mm thick walls, use 1.5 sausages (or 3 cartridges). 20m long wall: For 110 mm thick walls, use 3.0 sausages (or 6 cartridges). Always allow for an extra 10% material to account for variations in site conditions. Ambient Temperature: Between 5 °C and 35 °C. Injection should be done when the temperature is not expected to drop below 0 °C for at least 48 hours after application for optimal diffusion.
