APPLICATION INFORMATION Mixing Ratio: Part A : Part B = 70:30 by weight Consumption: ~0.2–0.3 kg/m² when applied as a roller coating Ambient Air Temperature: Minimum 10°C, Maximum 30°C Relative Air Humidity: Maximum 80% Dew Point: Ensure substrate and uncured floor are at least 3°C above the dew point to avoid condensation or blooming. High humidity and low temperatures may increase blooming risk. Substrate Temperature: Minimum 10°C, Maximum 30°C Substrate Moisture Content: Must be ≤ 6% by weight (measured with a Sika® Tramex meter, CM measurement, or oven-dry method). No rising moisture allowed (refer to ASTM Polyethylene-sheet test). Pot Life At 10°C: ~150 minutes At 20°C: ~120 minutes At 30°C: ~60 minutes Curing Time Allow the following curing times before overcoating: At 10°C: 48 hours minimum, 7 days maximum At 20°C: 20 hours minimum, 5 days maximum At 30°C: 10 hours minimum, 3 days maximum Curing times may vary based on ambient temperature and humidity conditions.
