TYPICAL PROPERTIES Color: Cement grey Mixed Density: 1750 kg/m³ at 25°C Flashpoint: Not applicable Compressive Strength: >60 N/mm² at 7 days (ASTM D695) Bond Strength: Higher than that of concrete Pot Life: At 25°C: 1 hour 45 minutes, at 40°C: 45 minutes Tack-Free Time: At 25°C: 7 hours, at 40°C: 2 hours Full Cure: At 25°C: 5 days, at 40°C: 3 days STANDARDS ASTM C881: Type I and IV, Grade 3, Class B and C CHEMICAL RESISTANCE MasterBrace® ADH 2200 offers excellent resistance to various substances, including: most aqueous systems, sewage, urine, fresh and seawater, diluted and concentrated alkalis and acids, sulfur gases, mineral oils, vegetable and animal oils and fats, ammonia, and formaldehyde. APPLICATION PROCEDURE Preparation: Clean all surfaces by removing loose particles, laitance, dust, grease, and other contaminants before applying MasterBrace® ADH 2200.
