PRODUCT INFORMATION Composition: Modified cement-based mortar with advanced polymer additives Packaging: Supplied in 2 x 1L containers (2-component system) Shelf Life: 12 months from the production date when stored in the original, sealed packaging Storage Conditions: Store in a dry, cool place between 5°C and 30°C, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Appearance and Color: Grey, with a smooth, paste-like consistency Density: Approximately 1.8 kg/L (when mixed) TECHNICAL INFORMATION Compressive Strength: ≥ 30 N/mm² (24 hours at 25°C) Tensile Strength: ≥ 8 N/mm² (24 hours at 25°C) Flexural Strength: ≥ 10 N/mm² (24 hours at 25°C) Application Temperature: Minimum: 5°C / Maximum: 40°C Setting Time: Initial set: 15-30 minutes at 25°C Final set: 45 minutes at 25°C Water Demand: 20-25% by weight, depending on the consistency required APPLICATION INFORMATION Surface Preparation: Clean and prepare the substrate by removing dust, oil, grease, and loose material. Abrade the surface to ensure proper adhesion of the repair mortar. Mixing: Mix the two components (liquid and powder) in the recommended ratio until a smooth, lump-free consistency is achieved. Application Method: Apply the mortar using a trowel, spatula, or putty knife, pressing firmly into cracks or holes. Smooth the surface to the desired finish. Curing: Allow the repair to set and cure. Protect the area from direct sunlight or rapid temperature changes during the curing period. Cleaning: Clean tools and equipment with water immediately after use. Once the product has set, it may be difficult to remove.
